Best of the Bay Wine Competition

& Zin Challenge

The Best of the Bay Wine Competition is a regional competition open to all wineries located in nine
San Francisco Bay Area counties.

The
Zin Challenge is a unique "competition within a competition", open to all red Zinfandels produced in the United States!

Both competitions are produced by the Alameda County Fair under the direction of Gerald D. Boyd, Chairman of Commerical Wine Judging. Wines will be judged May 19-20, 2008, at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, CA, by
three panels of three judges, carefully selected wine professionals from restaurants, wine retail stores, wineries and other wine-related professions who are in direct contact with the wine consumer.
